PSA Zoom Meetings in the New Year and Possible Ballot Period
PSA members,
We have been advised that the employer is considering a ballot period for the Salaried Agreement to commence on 19 January 2026, running for approximately three weeks. Whether or not these are the ballot dates will depend upon current discussions whereby we are still seeking information on a number of matters in the proposal. Without this information, we can not have informed discussions with members.
At this stage, we do not expect to receive the draft agreement or confirmed new pay schedules before the Christmas break. While we have been provided with the final proposed terms it is important to note that we are still awaiting further information referenced within that document.
The PSA has scheduled a series of Zoom meetings in early January to discuss the proposal and, if available at that time, the draft agreement. The meetings will be held as follows:
Tuesday 6 January 2026 at 12.00pm
Wednesday 7 January 2026 at 12.00pm
Thursday 8 January 2026 at 12.00pm
Further details, including Zoom links, and other site visits, will be circulated closer to the date.
