We kicked the new year off with a series of online member meetings, providing an in-depth briefing on the final proposal for a new enterprise agreement from the SA Government's declared employer. 

We have been advised that the employer is considering a ballot period for the Salaried Agreement to commence on 19 January 2026.

After more than 15 months of protracted and often frustrating bargaining, we have now received the final proposal from the declared employer.

This morning, PSA Corrections Officers voted to move into Day 3 of statewide prison lockdowns in a continued push for an urgent resolution to the salaried agreement.

Corrections Officers across the state have kicked off escalation.

A meeting of PSA reps and delegates was held today to review bargaining to date, assess the most recent proposals, and determine the path forward.
