Rachel is Professional Officer, and is voting YES in the 2026 Salaried Enterprise Agreement Ballot. If voted up, this EA would be beneficial because in Rachel's words,

Currently, there are Customer Service Officers at the SA Housing Trust being advertised at ASO2, which is paid at $58,709 - $63,154 PA.
If voted up, on or after 1 July next year, this agreement will lift their ASO2 wages to:
$68,601-$71,763 PA
