Enterprise Agreement Ballot

The new Salaried Enterprise Agreement is going to a ballot this week!

This is a big moment for our union, as it has taken great effort from PSA members to get to this point.

The ballot is your democratic opportunity to use your voice, so it's very important that you vote!

To support you:

PSA organisers will be doing visits in-person and holding online meetings starting this week and throughout the ballot period.

We'll provide additional information and resources about the proposed EA and what this means for you. So make sure to be paying attention to your emails over the next 3 weeks.

We encourage members to be active in this process, helping the PSA to share information and attend our meetings, so that your co-workers are making informed decisions when they go to vote.

Details on the Ballot

Ballot Opens: 9:00am Friday 30 January 2026

Note

The proposed Salaried Agreement includes updated information.

Members who attended our meetings in early January will be aware that we've been working hard, having ongoing discussions with the SA Government's declared employer, regarding the 'Final Offer' document, which was sent in December 2025.

The document:
'Final Terms of Offer for the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement - Published December 2025' - contains out-of-date information, which may be confusing to members.

For accurate and up-to-date information

We recommend going to the Portal to read The Proposed Agreement Explained
